Matters not explicitly governed follow applicable Croatian law: Consumer Protection Act, Electronic Commerce Act, Civil Obligations Act, and relevant EU regulations.
2. Definitions

4. Order Process and Contract Conclusion
Buyer expresses interest by completing an Order Form with desired ticket quantity and billing information.

Sales contract concludes once Buyer completes payment per the offer. Upon payment confirmation, ticket holder's name appears on accreditation desk list, where they receive a wristband enabling conference access.
5. Ticket Delivery
Tickets are not issued as physical documents; the ticket holder's name appears on the accreditation desk list, where they receive a wristband granting conference entrance.
Buyer is responsible for providing accurate email address and checking spam/junk folders. Seller is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect Buyer-provided information.
Ticket holders must present valid ID at entrance on event day to receive their wristband.
6. Ticket Holder Name Transfers
If unable to attend, the ticket holder may change the registered name to another person free of charge.
Name change requests must be submitted via email (tickets@kioskconference.com) no later than 7 days before the event.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Per Article 86(1)(l) of the Consumer Protection Act, Consumers do not have unilateral withdrawal rights, as the service involves leisure activities on a specific date.
Per Section 6, transfers are possible upon written request at least 7 days before the event.
Company Buyers are not consumers under Croatian law and therefore are not entitled to any withdrawal rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
8. Refunds and Event Cancellation or Changes
The Seller reserves the right to change program, speakers, location, and schedule for justified reasons (force majeure, illness, safety concerns). Such changes do not entitle Buyer to any refund or partial refund.
No refunds issued for purchased tickets, including cases of Buyer non-attendance or personal circumstance changes.
If the Conference is postponed, the Buyer's ticket automatically remains valid for the new event date.
If full Conference cancellation occurs for reasons not classified as force majeure, the Buyer will be offered a refund (excluding transaction fees) upon request. In force majeure cancellations (outlined in Section 11.3), no refunds apply unless specifically decided by the Seller.
The Seller is not responsible for additional Buyer costs (travel, accommodation) due to event changes or cancellation.
9. Complaints
Per Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act, Consumer complaints may be submitted:
- By mail to Seller's address labeled "Consumer Complaint"
- By email to tickets@kioskconference.com
The Seller confirms receipt and responds within 15 days.
The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is available at: https://ec.europa.eu/odr
10. Personal Data Protection
The Seller processes personal data per Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and national Data Protection Act.
Details are available in the Privacy Policy on the Seller's website.
11. Responsibility and Security
The Buyer is responsible for ensuring accuracy of provided attendee names. Unauthorized changes or attempts to impersonate a registered ticket holder are strictly prohibited.
All attendees must behave respectfully toward fellow attendees, speakers, partners, and event staff. The Seller reserves the right to refuse admission or eject disruptive or inappropriate persons, without refund.
The Seller is not liable for delays or obligation failures due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemic, government acts, labor disputes, technical failures, or force majeure events. No refunds apply in such cases unless specifically decided by the Seller.
12. Photography and Media Consent
By attending the Conference, ticket holders acknowledge that photos, videos, and audio recordings may be taken by organizers or authorized partners. They consent to image or likeness use for promotional purposes without compensation.
